Fortis HPLC and UHPLC columns are packed with 100 A high-surface area silica-based columns designed with optimized bonding chemistries for uniform ligand coverage. This proprietary process improves method development and improves LCMS sensitivity by eluting compounds in higher organic mobile phases, as well as when scaling to preparative separation elutions in higher organic leads to quicker dry-down times. C18, C8, Diphenyl, H2o, Cyano and Amino bonded phases are all available on 1.7, 3, 5 and 10 um particle sizes. HILIC and DIOL phases are also available in the Fortis HILIC range. Fortis columns are available in a wide range of column IDs and column lengths including 75 micron, 200 micron, 2.1, 3.0, 4.6, 10 and 21.2 mm ID columns other column IDs and lengths available upon request. Guard columns are available and require guard holder DCGUA1.

GP-C8 phase is synthesized with monomeric and fully endcapped chemistry. The uniform octyl stationary phase allows high efficiency with lower hydrophobicity compared to ODS phase.
